CZV training for public transport

Your benefit as a passenger transport company

SBIS is a CZV-certified training center (Chauffeur Licensing Ordinance) and sensitizes course participants theoretically and practically to the increased propensity to violence and aggression against public transport employees. Your benefits are:

  • The training takes place at your site.
  • The course is conducted with scenario training in an original vehicle, using a trained Figurant.
  • The content is created and implemented in consultation with the customer on the need of the company and its problems.
  • We offer courses, which are specifically adapted to your needs and certified if necessary.
  • The course is peppered with very many practical exercises, in which the participants themselves can experience which measures are suitable or but dangerous. We do not prescribe, but point out; so that the participants themselves come to the right realization.

Who should attend?

  • Chauffeurs / chauffeurs, public transport guides, train drivers, mountain railroad employees, etc., which require CZV-recognized training.
  • Number of participants: Recommendation 8-12 participants per course
  • Duration: 08:00-17:00 (7.5 hours training with 1.5 hours break) or according to customer request

  • Emergency / self-defense assistance / domestic law / proportionality
  • The most important points from the transport law

Aggressions / Self-protection

  • How aggression arises and what you can do about it
  • Pyramid of self-protection (mental preparation)

Conflict management

  • Recognition of Causes of conflict and preventive possibilities

Practical exercises in the vehicle

  • act correctly and confidently in critical situations
  • influence a situation positively with simple techniques
  • master an extraordinary situation realistically

Interactive scenario

  • In the training, interactive scenarios are conducted, in which the course participants are exposed to realistic situations and can put the theoretical knowledge into practice.

In combination with firefighting and first aid, exciting and instructive courses can be designed here.

  • Recognize possibilities and dangers in extreme situations.
  • Know how to positively influence the situation.
  • Recognize the importance of the right behavior in an emergency.
